Easter weekend means five spectular days of AFL action before the end of the school holidays, so make sure you're up to speed with all of the latest injury and suspension information!

Brisbane v Collingwood (Thursday, 7:30pm AEDT)

Kai Lohmann continues to train but is again going to miss out for another week with Brisbane’s Thursday night game coming a little too soon. Henry Smith is available for selection after he returned from concussion through the VFL. 

1 week: Kai Lohmann (ankle)

2-3 weeks: Keidean Coleman (knee)

TBD: Lincoln McCarthy (knee), Brandon Starcevich (concussion)

Jordan de Goey was cleared to play for Collingwood early in the week, as was Harry Perryman, whilst Mason Cox joins de Goey in the half-forward line.

North Melbourne v Carlton (Friday, 3:20pm AEDT)

Jackson Archer is at least one week away yet, but George Wardlaw is reportedly available for North Melbourne after playing in a VFL scratch match last weekend.

Harry McKay’s recall to Carlton's seniors lasted just one round as he has had to undertake the league’s concussion protocols. 

West Coast v Essendon (Friday, 6:10pm AEDT)

Elijah Hewett and Jeremy McGovern both passed fitness tests during the week, whilst Tim Kelly is also back as ruck-rover after being dropped to the WAFL last round. West Coast co-captain Oscar Allen is going to be rested.

Peter Wright has been confirmed to come back into Essendon’s forward line so that Sam Draper can move into the ruck to replace the long-term injured Nick Bryan.

Melbourne defender Steven May faces the unlikely task of passing a fitness test on Thursday after failing to train on Tuesday due to plantar fascia.

Josh Rachele’s diagnosis was upgraded recently and he could be back as soon as next week depending on how comfortably he trains. Adelaide are hoping Nick Murray trains freely this week.

Richmond were still wrangling internally over whether to pick Noah Balta ahead of his criminal sentencing next Tuesday, with head coach Adem Yze declaring he has “suffered enough”.

Connor Budarick’s potential return for the Gold Coast Suns could be their only change after last week’s victory.

Sydney v Port Adelaide (Sunday, 3:20pm AEDT)

Joel Amartey is expected to be absent from Sydney’s forward line for as long as six weeks. Full-back Lewis Melican returns this week.

Darcy Byrne-Jones is expected to return to the Port Adelaide 22 immediately after serving a one-game ban last week, but the status of Miles Bergman was unclear on Tuesday.

Western Bulldogs captain Marcus Bontempelli is on track to finally return from his pre-season injury, whilst Taylor Duryea and Anthony Scott also faced fitness tests.
