New York Yankees star outfielder Aaron Judge (33) became the fastest player in MLB history to reach 350 career home runs during Saturday's game against the Chicago Cubs.

Judge reached the feat in 1,088 games, beating out St. Louis Cardinals legendary power hitter Mark McGwire, who previously held the record at 1,280 games.

His 350th career home run found its way just over the infamous short porch in right field off of Cubs relief pitcher Brad Keller in the bottom of the ninth inning.

Unfortunately for the Yankees and their fans, it wasn't enough as they still lost the game 5-2.

The team has now dropped five of their last 10 games and fallen to 2.5 games out of first place in the American League East division.

Judge, on the other hand, continues to arguably be the best hitter in baseball with his 35 home runs (second in MLB), 81 RBI (second in MLB), and 69 walks (third in MLB), all while putting up a league-best .358 batting average and 1.204 OPS.

The now seven-time All-Star, who led all players in votes for this season's All-Star voting, is on pace to win his third American League MVP, and his second in the past three years.

Judge, who has spent all 10 years of his career with the Yankees, is currently in the third year of his nine-year, $360 million deal. He will make $40 million per year until he becomes an unrestricted free agent after the 2031 season, when he'll be 39 years old.
