Allen, 23, was a fifth-round pick in this year's draft out of Cincinnati after leading all Big 12 receivers with 13 touchdown receptions as a Senior.
Allen was eventually carted off the field and taken to the locker room for further evaluation. Kaiir walked away from the collision uninjured.
The rookie has no history of leg injuries. His only injury concern was left arm surgery in 2024 that forced him to miss the remainder of the season when he was at Texas A&M.

Allen had multiple notable reps earlier in the practice on Saturday before his injury, including one on the sideline and a quick slant over the middle into the open field.
The Chiefs begin their 2026 season on September 14th in a primetime game against the Denver Broncos.
