Sunday, October 19th

23:20 CET - That is where we leave you for another weekend on the Football Tracker, and what a weekend of drama it’s been.

But if you want more, the FIFA U20 World Cup final between Argentina and Morocco is kicking off at 1 am CET, in Santiago!

You can follow the U20 final here.

22:55 CET - More late drama in LaLiga! Getafe had been doing well at frustrating Real until Allan Nyom saw red one minute after coming on, and just three minutes later, Kylian Mbappe broke the deadlock after a clever through ball by Arder Guler.

Getafe would end the match with nine men as Real Madrid held on to a victory that sees them move back to the top of LaLiga.

22:40 CET - It all came to life in Milan in the second half as there were three goals in an entertaining 45 minutes. The hosts had been pegged back earlier in the half by Fiorentina but a late winner by Rafeal Leao ensured they walked away with a big victory.

20:00 CET - The late game in Serie A today sees AC Milan hosting Fiorentina. A win for Massimiliano Allegri's Rossoneri will send them clear at the summit of the standings.

19:51 CET - Atalanta and Lazio have played out a goalless draw in Bergamo, which preserves the hosts’ unbeaten start to the season in Serie A.

With an xG of 2.32, Atalanta will be frustrated to not have won today. Despite not losing in the league, they are down in eighth place. Lazio, meanwhile, are down in the bottom half.

19:26 CET - The biggest win of the Ruben Amorim era! That dramatic Harry Maguire winner would prove the winning goal as Man United have won back-to-back games in the league under Amorim and their first win at Anfield since 2016.

As Manchester United fans sing Amorim's name after the game, is that the turning point in his time at Old Trafford? Whichever way you look at it, that is a huge win as United move to within two points of the top four. Turning points can often come at the most unexpected of times, and this win could prove to be just that.

As for Arne Slot and Liverpool? That is four defeats in a row as the champions' title defence takes a further hit.

Arsenal fans might just be celebrating this one almost as much as United supporters!
