Denmark ended their Golden League campaign on a bright note when they won their final game at the tournament 29-17.

Amalie Milling in the Danish goal only conceded eight goals in the first half thanks to a well-organized defense who often stifled Polands attacking intentions.

At the other end, Denmark had many attacking options and Lars Jorgensen's players went into the break ahead 15-8.

Denmark began where they left off in the second half where they gradually extended their lead against a Polish side who could be content that the Danish wastefulness prevented the win from getting even bigger.

Gyor playmaker Anne Mette Hansen orchestrated the Danish attack with an amazing drive and creativity setting up her team-mates time and time again and especially Sarah Paulsen from Sonderjyske and Clara Bang from Skanderborg took the chance to shine in front of interim coach Lars Jorgensen.

Kristina Jorgensen, who has struggled to make an impact at the Danish national team lately, was given a new chance to prove hereself but could only occasionally deliver the goods in a game where she often took the wrong decisions at the wrong moments.

Despite Jorgensens lacking stability, Denmark had no trouble cruising to a comfortable win
