The tennis continues in San Francisco and China, with Team Europe and Team World battling it out on the final day of the Laver Cup, while ATP tournaments continue in Chengdu and Hangzhou on Monday. As usual, the Tennis Tracker will provide you with the latest news and results.

23:05 CET - Team Europe are back in it! Carlos Alcaraz and Casper Ruud have beaten Team World's Alex Michelsen and Reilly Opelka 7-6, 6-1 in the opening rubber of the evening.

Being the final day, all wins are now worth three points, which sees Europe cut World's lead to 9-6.

Next up, Jakub Mensik takes on Alex De Minaur, and should the Czech win, the scores would be level!

20:57 CET - We are only a few minutes away from the first clash of the final day of the Laver Cup.

Starting things up this evening is a doubles clash as Europe's Carlos Alcaraz and Casper Ruud take on Team World's Alex Michelsen and Reilly Opelka.

You can follow that match live here from shortly after 21:00 CET.

19:10 CET - Good evening and welcome back to the Tennis Tracker this Sunday evening!

First up, the full focus is on the Laver Cup, with Team World holding a strong 9-3 advantage going into the final day's play. They just need two victories to clinch the title.

However, Team Europe are not out of this yet, with wins now being worth three points on day three.

In under two hours, Carlos Alcaraz and Casper Ruud will kick off proceedings when they take on Alex Michelsen and Reilly Opelka in the doubles.

That is swiftly followed by a meeting between Jakub Mensik and Alex De Minaur, before Alcaraz comes up against Francisco Cerundolo - should World not have won the title by then, of course.

Then, if needed, Alexander Zverev goes head-to-head with Taylor Fritz in potentially the final match of the competition.

In the early hours of Monday morning, attention will turn to Chengdu and Hangzhou. Top seed Lorenzo Musetti is in semi-final action in the former, while Alexander Bublik will take to the court at the latter.
