The Gunners will be assured of a first-placed finish with just a point against bottom of the table Kairat on Wednesday night after taking 21 points from 21 on offer so far this campaign.
How have Arsenal reacted to the Man Utd loss?
Arteta’s side head into the clash on the back of Sunday's stunning 3-2 loss to Manchester United and will be seeking to bounce back before they face Leeds United this weekend.
Arteta first spoke on the reaction to that loss, which has put a dent in their title hopes.
"The reaction has been excellent. We took a moment to bring the temperature down, to pause and to reflect. We asked how we feel, and how we want to lead the next four months.
"It was so encouraging and beautiful. What came out of it was very simple: we have earned the right to be in four competitions. We're going to live and play with courage and a conviction that we're going to win it.
"I hope our supporters jump on that vote because that is how we're going to live the next four months."
Arsenal must live in the moment
After confirming William Saliba, Mikel Merino and Jurrien Timber are out for the clash, Arteta moved on to the history surrounding the club. Arsenal have never won the Champions League and have not won the Premier League for over two decades. Arteta says he can only focus on the future, which he can control.
"It's a possibility, but we cannot control that. What happened in the past has to be very powerful for what happens in the future. You have to keep trying. Maybe it is someone else is better, and you have to accept.
"We all channel the energy and live the moment in that manner; it is going to be very enjoyable."
"I think it's still very early (to look at the end goal). We have so many games in so many competitions. We are in the semi-final and have one game to play against Chelsea, which is very different."
