PSV played Juventus earlier this season in the tournament's League Phase - their only ever meeting - and lost 3-1 away in Turin thanks to goals from Nico Gonzalez, Weston McKennie, and Kenan Yildiz. Ismael Saibari accounted for PSV's sole goal.
The Dutch league leaders beat Liverpool 3-2 on the final day of the League Phase to secure a seeded status in Friday's draw whereas Juventus lost 2-0 to Benfica, losing their seeded status in the process.
Meanwhile, Feyenoord drew seven-time winners AC Milan for the first time since 1971 when the Dutch side beat Milan over two games on their way to an eventual Europa Cup I victory - the first ever for a Dutch team.
Feyenoord conceded a heavy defeat on the final game day of the League Phase as the Rotterdam side lost 6-1 to Ligue 1 outfit Lille, simultaneously losing the opportunity to clinch a spot in the top 8 and thus advancing to the round of 16.
By the time the two sides meet, Milan could use one of Feyenoord's greatest weapons against them as Mexican striker Santiago Gimenez's move to Milan is near. The 23-year-old prolific striker has his sights set on a move to the 19-time Italian champions and could finalize the move as early as this weekend.
The winners of these games will play either Arsenal or Inter in the Champions League round of 16.
The legs are set to be played February 11/12 and February 18/19.
