We're turning into the final home straight to end the Premier League season, with plenty of top individual performances coming to light.

Liverpool moved within three points of the title after earning a 1-0 win against Leicester, which at the same time confirmed the Foxes' relegation to the Championship.

In the Champions League chase, Nottingham Forest moved back up to third in the table with a big 2-1 win at Tottenham after Newcastle were hammered 4-1 by Aston Villa.

Elsewhere, second-placed Arsenal demolished Ipswich 4-0 and Manchester United were beaten again, losing 1-0 at home to in-form Wolves.

Using Flashscore's player ratings system, it's time to delve into the latest Premier League Team of the Week.

Goalkeeper

Mads Hermansen (Leicester) 7.9

Mads Hermansen has been one of the few shining lights in a miserable campaign for Leicester, whose relegation straight back down was sealed after defeat to Liverpool.

The 24-year-old made nine saves in the encounter as he did his bit to try and keep the league leaders at bay, but it wasn't enough as his side were edged into the drop.

Defenders

Pedro Porro (Tottenham) 8.4

Another player that shone but ended up on the losing side this week was Pedro Porro, who created seven chances as Tottenham were beaten by Forest.

He set up Spurs' lone goal with a super cross onto the head of Richarlison as he netted what turned out to be a consolation effort for Ange Postecoglou's team.

Nico O'Reilly (Manchester City) 8.3

Emerging talent Nico O'Reilly looks to have become a mainstay in the Manchester City line-up, and he sent them on their way to a 2-0 win at Everton.

The 20-year-old scored the opener and game-winner on 84 minutes after timing his run into the area and scoring what is usually a poacher's finish.

Ian Maatsen (Aston Villa) 8.2

Ian Maatsen put in an all-action display as Villa thumped Newcastle to continue their march towards Champions League qualification.

Maatsen won seven duels and three tackles and also found the back of the net with a controlled effort to give Villa back the lead.

Midfield

Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford) 10

Bryan Mbeumo looked at his scintillating best for Brentford, notching two goals and an assist in their 4-2 win against Brighton to record a perfect Flashscore rating of 10.

The Cameroon international took both of his goals so well, and he linked well for Yoane Wissa's effort to give the Bees a big win in the sunshine.

Mbeumo has taken his tally for the season to an impressive 18 goals and six assists in 33 appearances.

Martin Odegaard (Arsenal) 8.2

Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard looked at his creative best for the Gunners as they battered relegation-bound Ipswich on their travels.

The Norwegian created five chances, one of which was the assist for Leandro Trossard's opener at Portman Road.

Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest) 8.6

Elliot Anderson put in a terrific performance for Forest at Spurs with a dogged display that was worthy of three points on its own.

Anderson got things going for the visitors with a deflected shot to open the scoring, but it was his added steel in central midfield which helped see things over the line.

Youri Tielemans (Aston Villa) 8.2

Youri Tielemans ran things in midfield against Newcastle, completing a game-high 71 passes, winning five tackles and 11 duels.

The Belgian international also recorded the assist for Ollie Watkins' 33-second opener, which was his third helper in as many games across all competitions.

Pedro Neto (Chelsea) 8.2

Pedro Neto looked a threat for Chelsea throughout their eventual 2-1 win at West London rivals Fulham, which included him scoring a wonderful stoppage-time winner.

Neto pivoted and then struck a half-volley into the corner to send the Chelsea fans and the entire bench into raptures.

Forwards

Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) 7.9

The aforementioned Watkins looked unplayable as he gave Villa the perfect start against Newcastle, then struck the woodwork twice in the first half.

He also claimed the assist for Maatsen's second-half strike after feeding him into space.

Leandro Trossard (Arsenal) 7.9

Trossard starred in a central forward role for Arsenal with two goals to send Mikel Arteta's side on their way towards a comfortable victory.

His first was slightly unorthodox as he rolled an effort into the net while down on the ground, while his second was a clinical shot into the corner.
